Definitions

Event – for the purpose of the following terms and conditions, event refers to any paranormal event hosted by Do You Believe Paranormal.

Guest – Persons booked and paid to attend a Do You Believe Paranormal event.

Our/Us/We – Do You Believe Paranormal team and management.

Team – Do You Believe Paranormal event organisers.

You/Your – the persons/guest booking and attending the paranormal event with Do You Believe Paranormal

Contract Terms

1. No persons under the age of 18 are permitted to attend any paranormal events with Do You Believe Paranormal. Nor will Intuitive Guidance be given to anyone under the age of 18.

2. Some locations used by Do you Believe Paranormal, may not be suitable for persons with disabilities or limited mobility. Please bear this in mind when booking your Paranormal Investigation. Do You Believe Paranormal are not responsible for any areas within the location, that can’t be accessed due to limited mobility. Although, we will make reasonable adjustments were necessary, this is not always possible. Please let us know if you need us to look at any reasonable adjustments prior to the Paranormal Investigation at info@do-you-believe.com

3. For Health and Safety purposes, heavily pregnant women are NOT allowed on any Paranormal Investigations with Do You Believe Paranormal.

4. You must be respectful and do not cause damage or injury to the following: 

Guests, Spirits, Team, Location staff and Neighbouring Residents.

Equipment, location furnishings, property that you do not own.

This list is not exhaustive.

5. No Alcohol or Drugs are permitted on any Do You Believe Paranormal events. If we believe you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, you will be asked to leave the event and premises immediately, and will not be refunded, fully or partially.

Do You Believe Paranormal team will use our discretion, and if we believe you are under the influence, we have the ultimate say on removing you from the event.

6. No Smoking, vaping or naked flames are permitted indoors at any event. Smoking and vaping will be permitted outside in the designated smoking area. This will be pointed out to you in your welcome brief. All cigarette ends, must be disposed in the buckets or ashtrays provided. DO NOT put lit cigarettes in the bin.

7. Do You Believe Paranormal are not liable for any loss or damage to your belongings before, during or after an event. You are responsible for your own belongings. Furthermore, Do You Believe Paranormal are not liable for any parking fines, breakdowns, toll payments, breakdowns or clamping of vehicles incurred by you and your vehicle.

8. Cancellations

8.1. If an event must be postponed or cancelled by Do You Believe Paranormal, due to reasons out of our control, we will tell you as soon as reasonably possible.

8.2 We are currently unable to accept cancellations of bookings, so please ensure you are able to attend prior to booking any events on our website.

9. Refunds can only be given if the event is cancelled by Do You Believe Paranormal. If you would prefer a credit transfer to another event please let us know.

10. If you pay for your ghost hunt using the deposit option, you will be required to pay your balance 4 weeks prior to the event. Failure to pay the balance 4 weeks prior to the event will result in your tickets being cancelled. Deposit are non-refundable.

11. Any psychic or mediumship communication with spirit, by any of the Do You Believe Paranormal team or management, is for entertainment purposes only. Do You Believe Paranormal do not guarantee the accuracy of any psychic or mediumship communication and are not liable for any consequences resulting in the guests’ choices. Guests are responsible for their own decisions or insights following any psychic or mediumship communication.

12. Any psychic, mediumship or intuitive guidance given, is the Paranormal Investigators own insight. You are responsible for making your own decisions.

13. Locations we use have witnessed paranormal activity. We cannot be liable if no activity happens on the night. 

14. The use of cameras and recording equipment is permitted on most of our events. You will be informed at the welcome briefing if the location has filming restrictions. If you need to know about any restrictions prior to the event, please contact Do You Believe Paranormal on info@do-you-believe.com.

15. By accepting and agreeing with these terms and conditions you are further indemnifying Do You Believe Paranormal, our team members, management and the organizers of the locations we use, from and against all legal liability in respect of any claims, damages, costs, penalties, actions, demands, proceedings and any kind of legal suits, losses or expenses accrued out of the injury or death of any person, or persons, or damage to any property arising from the guests participation and involvement in any Do you Believe Paranormal events. 

16. These terms and conditions are non-negotiable, and by booking an event, demonstrates the terms and conditions acceptance by you.

Privacy Policy – GDPR

1. Do You Believe Paranormal are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the security of your personal information.

2. Information we collect when you place an order on our website may include, but is not limited to:

  • Email Address
  • First Name and Last Name
  • Phone Number
  • Address, County, Postcode

3. We do not sell, rent or exchange your personal information with any third party. 

4. Do You Believe Paranormal may use your personal information for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our service, including to monitor the usage of our service.
  • To manage your account and booking.
  • To contact you regarding news and updates on your booking.
  • Data Analysis including usage trends and to evaluate and improve our service.
  • Promotional campaigns.

5. We do not collect or store any payment information submitted when an order is placed. All payments are taken through Stripe’s secure links.

An item(s) has arrived damaged

In the unfortunate event that an item has arrived damaged, you must contact us within four weeks from the dispatch date via our email info@do-you-believe.com or contact form.


We will request you send a photograph of the damaged/incorrect item(s) for our reference. Once your request has been logged we will contact you to let you know the next steps. Please do not return any item(s) to us until we have provided you with instructions. We will send out a replacement and cover the delivery cost or provide a refund. 

An incorrect item has been received

In the unfortunate event that an incorrect item has been received, you must contact us within four weeks from the dispatch date via our email: info@do-you-believe.com, or our contact form.

We will request you send a photograph of the damaged/incorrect item(s) for our reference. Once your request has been logged we will contact you to let you know the next steps. Please do not return any item(s) to us until we have provided you with instructions.

You have not received your order

If you have not received your order please contact us vis the contact form.

You do not need to place another order. Once your claim has been confirmed a replacement order will be sent within 5 working days. We will cover the delivery cost. Delivery of the replacement order will depend on location and will follow our standard delivery times. 

Please allow 5 working days before reporting a missing order.

You have changed your mind

If you have changed your mind on the product, please notify us through our contact form within four weeks from the dispatch date of the order.

The item(s) will need to be returned to us in their original condition, with the order number and customer name clearly marked on the outer packaging. Once we have received the returned item(s), the value of the item(s) will be credited to you. Please note that the cost of delivery will not be refunded in this case.
